Committing to the 40 Days program
This involves weekly services, daily devotional reading and Small Group attendance
Registering to recieve your book "Better Together"
This book will be the basis for our daily devotional reading and includes a Small Group Study Guide. The cost of this is $10, which will be payable at your first Small Group gathering
Committing to a Small Group
You will be asked to indicate if you are in a Small Group already; would like to change Small Groups for the 40 Days; or would like to be placed in a group for the first time. You give us your preferred evenings and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Sign up will be available at Community Central, outside the main auditorium after both AM and PM services until the 11th of February. Signing up early is a huge help to us in planning the 40 Days. Alternatively, you can sign up by emailing 40days@redlandscrc.org.au and letting us know your Small Group requirements.
Prayer for 40 Days Campaign 2007
There are two things we want underpinning out 40 Days of Community campaign.
The first is a desperation for God. John the Baptist told his followers, "It is not possible to succeed- I'm talking about eternal success- without heaven's help." (The Message). Campaign 2007 must not just look good. If God is not blessing it, we are wasting our time. Pray earnestly that God will change lives, and add new lives to His Kingdom by saving people during this campaign.
The second is unity. Pray that we will meld into a community of like-spirited, determined to serve our God by loving each other, and demonstrating this love to our wider Redlands Community. Read 1 Corinthians 13, and pray that we can help each other to live like this daily. Be encouraged to set your watch alarms for 4 PM. Each day, take that time to pray for our church family in the lead up to, and during the campaign.
